Some services, like hotel bookings (when you know where you want to stay), are complimentary. Custom trip planning and itinerary services have a planning fee based on trip length and complexity. I’ll always be transparent about costs before we begin.

Each itinerary includes hotel recommendations/bookings, transportation coordination, restaurant suggestions, excursions, local experiences, and destination-specific travel tips. Everything is organized in a digital format you can access online or offline.

6. How far in advance should I start planning?

Ideally, 3–6 months in advance for international trips and 2–4 months for domestic travel. But if your trip is coming up sooner, don’t worry—I can still help!

For fully planned itineraries, I offer ongoing support leading up to and during your trip. You’ll also have access to your itinerary app in case you need quick reference or updates.

11. How do payments work?

Planning fees (when applicable) are due upfront before I begin curating your itinerary. All trip payments (flights, hotels, etc.) are made directly with the travel providers I book for you, and I’ll guide you through every step.
